The most detailed check-up designed to reduce health risks at the threshold of menopause and help you build a comfortable life with age-related changes in mind.
Why is a check-up important?
To identify all possible risks. After age 45, as estrogen levels decline, women face a significant increase in the risk of cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and cervical cancer. All of these conditions are much easier to treat in the early stages.
To understand how to support your body in the right way. A UMC check-up helps identify vitamin and mineral deficiencies that affect energy levels and quality of life.
To create a long-term prevention plan. Understanding your risks and individual health profile helps you adjust your lifestyle and build prevention for years ahead.
What makes this check-up different?
This is the most comprehensive check-up for women over 45 at UMC. The program is designed in line with recommendations from leading European medical centers.
After 45, you may continue to live an active life, balancing work, family responsibilities, and your personal interests — but your body may need additional support, as you are in perimenopause or already in menopause.
Specific risks increase, including cardiovascular and oncologic conditions, as well as osteoporosis. The extended check-up includes a cardiologist consultation and additional diagnostic studies — mammography, X-ray, and multiple ultrasound exams.
What risks can the check-up help identify?
